HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BALLOT IN TOTAL?
A limited number of seats outside any members, debenture or hospitality areas have been made available for each day. The precise number can only be finalised once all current Members have been given sufficient opportunity to renew for 2014.
Ballot entrants will be able to buy up to 2 tickets days 1-4 and 4 tickets on day 5 (subject to availability).
HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH DAY?
The successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to purchase two tickets for days 1-4 and four tickets for day 5.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I’VE GOT TICKETS?
All successful applicants will be notified by email during on 29th November 2013 inviting them to purchase.
WHEN WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS TO PURCHASE?
Tickets will only be available to purchase from 10am on Saturday 30th November 2013 to midnight on Friday 6th December
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ANY SEATS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN BOUGHT?
Once the Members’ Priority Window has closed, the remaining tickets will go on sale on Saturday 7th December at 8am to any Ballot holders who were unsuccessful in the initial ballot draw. Entrants will be able to buy up to 2 tickets days 1-4 and 4 tickets on day 5 (subject to availability)
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO CLAIM MY TICKETS?
Successful ballot applicants will be notified by email and invited to log in to the Kia Oval ticketing website where they will be able to complete the transaction as if they were purchasing any other tickets.
HOW MUCH WILL THE TICKETS COST?
Ticket pricing levels will be confirmed shortly. All tickets are subject to availability.
DO I HAVE TO BUY THE TICKETS IF I WIN?
No, successful applicants are under no obligation to buy their allotted tickets.
CAN I PASS MY TICKETS ON?
No, the tickets will be subject to the same terms and conditions as any other match day ticket at the Kia Oval and must be used by the ballot entrant and his or her guest.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN PURCHASE?
The successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to purchase up to two tickets for days 1-4 and up to four tickets for day 5.
WHERE ARE THE SEATS?
Successful applicants can purchase any available seats in non-members areas of the ground, subject to availability.
WHAT DAYS CAN I PURCHASE?
You are able to purchase two tickets for days 1-4 and four tickets for day five. You are able to choose on which day you would like to attend, subject to availability.
ARE THERE JUNIOR SEATS – CAN I TAKE MY SON/DAUGHTER?
Yes concession tickets are available if purchasing for an U16
CAN I CHOOSE MY SEATS IN THE FAMILY STAND?
Seating in the family stand is subject to availability
CAN I CHOOSE MY SEATS IN AN AREA WITH DISABLED ACCESS?
This is not possible at the application stage. However, applicants who are successful in the ballot and require seating with disabled access, should get in touch with the ticket office upon receiving their confirmation e-mail – via email@example.com or 0844 3571845 – and the club will try to make arrangements.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM SURREY CCC BY 29TH NOVEMBER?
Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know that you have not received your email. We can then inform you if you have been successful.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?
Tickets will only be available to purchase from 10am on 30th November 2013 to midnight on Friday 6th December. Successful applicants not purchasing during this time will forgo their option to buy tickets.
WILL THE BALLOT BE DRAWN AGAIN FOR ANY UNSOLD TICKETS?
No, there will not be a redraw. However, at 8am on the 7th December all unsold tickets will go on sale to unsuccessful Ballot entrants. Tickets will be available on a first come first served basis via www.kiaoval.com
CAN I STILL ATTEND THE INVESTEC TEST?
Unsuccessful applicants will not be able to purchase during the first ballot window (30th Nov-6th Dec). However, on December 7th at 8am – once Surrey Members and the lucky ballot winners have had an opportunity to buy their tickets – all remaining tickets will be placed on sale on a first come first served basis to all remaining ballot entrants.

WILL YOU GIVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO ANY THIRD PARTIES?
Surrey CCC will not sell or pass on customer details to third party organisations without prior consent from customers
CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MAILINGS FROM SCCC?
All applicants are free to unsubscribe at any time, however those doing so will be unable to receive email notification when the ballot is drawn.
