Surrey Second XI’s scheduled Second XI Trophy match against Middlesex at Radlett was abandoned today with no play possible due to rain.
With both sides waiting patiently in the pavilion, there was no let up in the poor conditions and the umpires eventually called the game off shortly after 2pm.
The Seconds are next in action in a friendly against Warwickshire at Walmley CC next Tuesday (July 24th).
