The Development Team is headed up by Director of Cricket Development, Paul Taylor, who along Sarah Matthews, Chris Bullen, Sharon Eyers, Simon Hards, Kim Price, Richard Hall & Stuart Cope all work with all key partners to improve delivery of cricket across the County.
The whole of the Surrey Cricket development team, at a county, district and club level is committed to making a difference to the game at all levels and building strong partnerships within and outside the game. It is essential that all resource Surrey Cricket have available, whether this is financial or in terms of personnel, is maximised and the activity is very specific and targeted to ensure maximise impact. Communication at all levels with all stakeholders within the county is key to this being successfully achieved.
