If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:
- no play because the match has been completed – a full refund;
- 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund;
- 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match – a 50% refund.
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. To claim your refund simply send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P213, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. For any other queries please contact the ground. This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches. For day 5 tickets you do not need to do anything, the money will automatically be refunded onto the card used to purchase tickets.

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2010 or 2011 season.
Clydesdale Bank 40 Matches*
If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket. Those who have purchased a ticket on the day should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within either the LV=County Championship2 or Clydesdale Bank 40 during the 2011 or 2012 seasons.
Friends Life t20*
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket.
*Those purchasing tickets on the day are advised that play cannot be guaranteed and we regret that no money can be refunded after payment has been made at the ground. Please note, a full refund refers to the face value of the ticket and not any applicable booking fee.
Rain Affected Matches
