Job Overview

Collating all hospitality clients information from the Sales team and preparing for delivery to the Operations team. Operate as the information link between the Sales and Operations team in the lead up to all matchdays with regards to hospitality. Responsible for over £9 million worth of ticket stock fulfilment

General Duties

SPECIALIST AREA – HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION

  • Use of Secutix and Salesforce to collate all client information, run reports and create matrixes
  • Collate all dietary and special requirements for all direct clients in a timely fashion
  • Collate all dietary and special requirements for agency bookings in a timely fashion
  • Manage the timeline of ticketing fulfilment
  • Manage the allocation and storage of International cricket tickets
  • Effective communication with Keith Prowse on fulfilment
  • Ensure the matrix for all fixtures are constantly up to date with information from SCCC, KP and agents
  • Manage the allocation of upgrade sales and relevant allocation
  • Manage itineraries for all different fixtures
  • Manage seating plans, seats and allocations
  • Manage accreditation – dates, facilities, colours, printing and quantities
  • Be the inhouse champion for Zkipster and the use of it on matchdays
  • Regularly report on restaurant bookings from Open Table for the Operations team
  • Assist with Credit Control
  • Supporting the Operations team on matchdays ensuring all hospitality areas are in the same condition as they were sold

AUXILIARY AREAS

  • Work closely with both sales and operations to ensure smooth and memorable customer journeys
  • Be a representative for SCCC
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and targets set by Head of Corporate Sales
  • Aim to always meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information
  • Be an active team member sharing ideas and participating in team spirit
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge at all times

Essential Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in similar role or administration
  • Accurate and has strong attention to detail even when under pressure
  • excellent planning and organisational skills
  • able to use their own initiative
  • ability to learn quickly, hit the ground running, and keen to learn
  • a can-do attitude, a person who can follow instruction and deliver great results
  • IT literate with strong MS Excel skills
  • ability to respond and remain clam to changes and tight deadlines
