Surrey 2nds have named a 12 man squad for their final friendly of the season against Yorkshire, starting on Wednesday 13 September at Wimbledon CC.

Arun Harinath, now recovered from a side strain suffered in a 2nd XI match with Middlesex last month, and 19-year-old Nick Welch, who starred for Wimbledon on their journey to the Natwest T20 Club final, will open the batting.

Scott Borthwick will lead the middle order with teenagers Will Jacks and Euan Woods following behind before 20-year-old Oliver Batchelor.

All-rounder Rafeh Jafri will be joined in the bowling attack by left-arm seamers Ben Brookes and Brad Currie, slow left armer Tom Homes and experienced pace man Ravi Rampaul, who has now returned from the Caribbean Premier League.

Young spinner Amar Virdi will also be available to play Day 3 for Surrey.

Surrey will be looking to end their campaign on a high after two draws and a win in their last three red ball matches.
