Surrey’s overseas star Aaron Finch can’t wait to get going in his fourth stint at the Kia Oval county.
After captaining his Australian side to the semi-finals of the ICC Cricket World Cup, Finch will now play for Surrey throughout the entirety of the Vitality Blast.

The opening batsman scored 589 runs at an average of 147.25 last season but wants to see a consistent performance throughout the team this year.
Speaking ahead of Friday’s night’s fixture at Essex, Finch said: “Last year we had some games where we played some unbelievably good cricket and some games where we could have been better. It’s about trying to find a better balance over the course of the competition and not being so up and down.
“I feel like I’m playing pretty well at the moment. In T20 and as an opening batter you’re looking to go out and be aggressive so I feel like my game is in real good order.”
