Surrey reach Disability County Final

Published: 12th September, 2019

Surrey’s Disability side will face Essex in the final of the national 40-over competition at Welwyn Garden City Cricket Club on Sunday 22nd September.

Surrey made the final of the DB40 competition, which has pitted them against the best county sides from the south of the country, after a narrow 13 run victory over Shropshire at Old Hill Cricket Club on Sunday 8th September.

Having made 194/7 from their 40 overs in the match, Surrey held their nerve and took regular wickets to keep the hosts at bay.

We will now come up against Essex, who defeated Lancashire at Kidderminster CC, and all support is welcomed!
