A full refund of the ticket value only is given if play is restricted to 9.5 over’s or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved.

Please note that those purchasing tickets on the day are advised that play cannot be guaranteed and we regret that no money can be refunded after payment has been made at the Ground.

How to obtain your refund

Should it be necessary to claim a refund due to the conditions mentioned above – To claim your refund simply return your ticket(s) to the address shown below within 14 working days of the event.

Once received all money will be refunded back to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction within 24 hours of being received, excluding booking fees.

Should anyone have purchased tickets via any alternative method of payment these supporters will also need to return their tickets and once received will be issued a cheque for the appropriate amount. Cheque refunds should be received within 28 days.

Donating your booking to Help For Heroes couldn’t be easier, simply choose not to return your match ticket(s) and any monies unclaimed by Friday 9th October will be donated to charity.

Refund Scheme – Days 1 to 4

If play is restricted or does not take place at the Ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, the ticket purchaser will now receive an automatic refund of the face value of this ticket subject to there being:

10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or early completion of Test Match  – a full refund;
10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of match – a 50% refund.

We regret that in no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Refund scheme – Day 5

 No play because the match has been completed – a full refund.  

Please be aware that no refund will be given should any play occur on the last day of the 2015 Investec Series.

Automatic refunds 

Refunds will be made automatically to the original purchase, minus any booking fee.  There is no need to return your ticket.  Money will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction within 5 working days of the event. 

Should anyone have purchased tickets via any alternative method of payment these supporters will automatically receive a cheque for the appropriate amount.  Cheque refunds should be received within 28 days.

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket.

*Any tickets purchased on the night at the ticket office paid using credit or debit card will also receive an automatic refund – return of ticket is not required. Customers that pay cash through the ticket office and any tickets purchased through one of the cash stiles should retain their match tickets with the ability to swap for an alternative T20 fixture in the 2015 season.  Advance contact is necessary with the ticket being returned and exchanged by the ticket office.

Please note, a full refund refers to the face value of the ticket and not any applicable booking fee.

LV = County Championship

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2015 season.

Royal London One-Day Cup

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket. Those who have purchased a ticket on the day should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within either the LV=County Championship2 or Royal London One Day Cup during the 2015 season.

Royal London One-Day International

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the match ticket value subject to there being:

10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained – a full refund;
10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained – a 50% refund.
