Kia Oval official Ticket-Exchange
Our Official Ticket Exchange allows ticket buyers, who purchased International tickets during the original ticket sale, the opportunity to make their seat(s) available for other supporters to purchase.
Ticket Exchange is available to the original purchaser only. On the ticket being sold successfully, the seller will receive a refund for the full value of the match ticket. This service does not allow ticket holders to exchange tickets for another day of the Test Match.
The Kia Oval fully supports the ECB’s Touts Out campaign and feel this service offers a fair way of handling unwanted tickets. Anyone found offering tickets for sale through unauthorised channels will face automatic cancellation of their booking and their account will be blacklisted.Please note, Ticket Exchange is only applicable to tickets within the public seating area. Should Members have any queries relating to tickets within the Pavilion or Debenture Area, please contact the Membership department on 0203 946 0100.
To use the Ticket Exchange services simply follow the instructions below:

In the top right corner, log in with your email address and password.
Once logged in, click ‘My Account’ and under ‘Ticketing’, select ‘Ticket Exchange’.
This will display the International tickets you have purchased that are eligible for the Ticket Exchange service. Select the booking and then select the seat/s you would like to post for exchange.
Once selected, click the ‘Sell on Ticket Exchange’ button. You will then be asked to review the purchase, tick to confirm you have accepted T&Cs and then click complete.
You will receive a confirmation email that the tickets have successfully been posted on line.
If your seat/s are sold*, you will receive notification by email and will receive a cheque in the post within 10 working days – please ensure your postal address is up to date on your account. Please note, you will not be notified if tickets do not sell
Ticket exchange is open until 3 working days prior to the 1st day of the match, to allow time to resell and reissue tickets.
*Please note that in the case where multiple tickets are posted for resale, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be re-purchased as a group.
