Surrey have named a squad of 14 to travel to Chelmsford for Friday’s Vitality Blast meeting with Essex.
Surrey head into the match in fine recent form, after back-to-back T20 victories before the start of this week’s Bob Willis Trophy defeat of Sussex.
Sam Curran, Tom Curran & Jason Roy remain with England for the ongoing white-ball series with Australia.
Jade Dernbach is absent with a groin injury and all-rounder Jordan Clark with foot and ankle injuries. Nick Kimber (knee) and Liam Plunkett (hamstring) are also out of contention for this match.
Conor McKerr (knee), Morne Morkel (ankle), Ryan Patel (knee) & Ollie Pope (shoulder) are out for the rest of the season.
This match is the reverse of Surrey’s first home match of the campaign; a game that ended as a tie at The Kia Oval. Surrey have six points from their five matches while Essex have two.
The match will be streamed live by our hosts and promoted across Surrey club channels too. We’ll also have regular updates on our official Twitter account.
