Hal Cruttenden
Instagram: @hcruttenden

Hal is easily one of the finest headline acts on the British circuit right now. His blend of impotent fury at the world and pricking of his own pomposity making him a real favourite – the conscience of well-meaning middle-class Britain, who desperately wants to make the world a better place, but only after he’s had a crisp Chablis. Back at home he has been nominated for Best Club Comic multiple times, appeared in the film classics such as ‘Mrs.Dalloway’ and ‘The Madness of King George’ and smashed the living daylights out of his appearances on Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You and Sunday Night at the Palladium.

“An absolute joy to watch.” The Scotsman

“Hugely talented.” The Times

Alistair Barrie

Alistair Barrie is one of the most sought after comedians on the international comedy circuit. His biting topical comedy has seen him perform all over the world including acclaimed performances at the Cape Town, Melbourne, New Zealand and Edinburgh Festivals, where he has twice been nominated for best show. He is a regular at Glastonbury, on the BBC, Times Radio and a wide range of podcasts.

Alistair is the only comedian to have played both the Labour and Conservative Party conferences. He has also written for household names such as Frankie Boyle, Jason Manford and Jack Whitehall.

“A no-frills master of his craft.” The Scotsman

Michelle Shaughnessy
Instagram: @michellesfunny

Michelle Shaughnessy was a force to be reckoned with in Canada’s standup comedy scene. Hailing from Toronto, Michelle is fast making a name for herself across North America and now the UK where she currently resides. She already plays the biggest clubs in the country and has supported Ed Byrne on his recent UK tour.

Shaughnessy mines every part of her life for funny and just keeps coming up with gold. Her debut album “You Know What You Did” hit number one on the iTunes comedy charts and her sophomore release “Botoxic” recently received 5 out of 5 N’s from Now Magazine.

Ben Van Der Velde (MC)
Instagram: @vanderlaugh

One of the quickest wits around and a much-loved compere, he always brings a jam-packed back of nonsense, silliness and wisecracks to every gig he hosts. Over the past decade he has spread joy and nonsense to all four corners of the British Isles, as well as Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Finland and Norway.

“Wonderfully improvised riffs showcasing his impressive spontaneity and sharp tongue.” Edinburgh Festivals Magazine

“The perfect comedy club host – he is a master of audience interaction. The audience weren’t just warmed up, but pretty hysterical even before the first act of the night hit the stage.”  Huffington Post
