When will I receive my tickets?

The majority of tickets for the 2021 season will be distributed digitally. Tickets for the 2021 Test Match and ODI will be emailed to all ticket holders prior to the match. T20 tickets, and other domestic match-days, are emailed to purchasers at the time of booking. If you have specifically requested postal tickets, these will be posted to you 21 days prior to the match-day.

Can I collect my tickets on the day of the match?

Yes, if you are unable to use digital or mobile tickets, then you can request to collect your tickets from the Ticket Office at The Kia Oval. Please email to arrange this. In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to produce the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets and a form of ID.

What should I do if I need a duplicate ticket or if I want to upgrade a junior ticket?

On receipt of your tickets please check that all details are correct. Should your tickets be lost or stolen and duplicate tickets are requested please contact our Member and Supporter Services Team to arrange duplicates. Please note duplicate tickets are issued at the discretion of the Ticket Office and will only be issued to the original ticket purchaser.

Do you provide seats for wheelchair users?

Those wishing to purchase or enquire about accessible tickets should contact the Ticket Office on 0203 946 0100 between the hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.00pm or email where further information and help will be available.

Do children need a ticket for a match-day?

All children over the age of two (on the match-day) will be required to have a valid under 16 match-day ticket. Children under two will be admitted free of charge as long as they remain seated on their guardian’s lap.

I have moved and would like to update my address details. How do I do this?

You can amend your address by logging into your account on our eTicketing site and clicking the ‘My Account’ link. Here you can change all of your personal details. Please note, as we use an address verification service the address provided must match the address to where your credit/debit card is registered.

I am unable to log into my online account. What should I do?

You may not be able to log-in because you have an old or different email address to the one registered on our ticketing system. If you have a new email address and wish to change it, please email If you can not remember your password, please use the ‘Forgotten your Password’ link which can be found underneath the log-in button on our eTicketing site. If you are trying to activate your account but are unable to because the system is saying that the account has already been activated, please follow the ‘Forgotten your Password’ link. Can my tickets be delivered to an alternative address?

Tickets purchased must be sent to the address to where the debit/credit card is registered.


What is the reciprocal arrangement for Members of other Counties?

Members of the opposition county are required to purchase a ground entry ticket to the game and during County Championship and One-Day Cup fixtures will be allowed entry into the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion on production of their respective County membership card. Unfortunately there are no reciprocal arrangements for T20 Vitality Blast fixtures.

How many categories are there for Surrey County Cricket Club Membership?

There are five main types of membership – Surrey and England, County, County 16-25, T20 & Championship as well as a Junior Membership (for U16s) – ‘Pride of Lions’.

The Club also offer a Debenture Membership.

What is the benefit of being a Surrey and England Member?

Surrey and England Members have an allocated seat for all International match-days at The Kia Oval. This means that your seat is reserved for you before each International sale, and you can secure a ticket in this seat before anyone else and it is guaranteed for you if you do want to purchase it.

What fixtures does my Membership cover?

Different Membership categories offer different access for Surrey County Cricket Club’s domestic fixtures. Surrey and England, County, County 16-25 and Pride of Lions Memberships cover all formats. For a full list of access rights, please click here.

How many seats can I reserve with a Surrey and England Membership?

An existing Member can only purchase one seat. However, should you wish to be seated together with friends or family we would recommend that each persons enrolls as a Member of Surrey County Cricket Club together.

I wish to visit The Kia Oval to select my seat; do I need to book an appointment?

Our Member and Supporter Services Team are based at The Kia Oval and are happy to show you any seats you wish to secure as a Surrey and England Member. We recommend that you call (0203 946 0100) before visiting The Kia Oval on a non-match-day to arrange to view any seats.

If I choose a Surrey and England seat, can I change it in future years?

Yes, of course. Whilst subject to availability, anyone wishing to move their seat will be given the option during the following season’s renewal period. This date will be published on and shared with each Member via email.

Can all Members gain access to the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion on International match-days?

Whilst the Pavilion remains a facility for all Members to enjoy, it has a capacity which we cannot exceed. On all International fixtures, priority will be given to those Members with seats allocated within the Pavilion, with all other Members being allowed at the stewards’ discretion (a decision made by Match Control) and subject to there being sufficient space.

I am not a Surrey and England Member. Can I select a seat within the Pavilion?

Surrey and England Members always get first priority to secure tickets in their seat for all International match-days. Following this, all other Membership categories will be given a window in which to purchase remaining seats in the Pavilion for international fixtures at The Kia Oval.

How can I see a breakdown of what benefits my Membership category allows me?

I am an existing Surrey County Cricket Club Member. When do I need to renew by for the upcoming season?

Is there a Membership available for under 16s?

The Pride of Lions Membership is designed especially for cricket fans under the age of 16. Pride of Lions includes access to exclusive events, competitions and entry to all domestic cricket fixtures at The Kia Oval. Members also receive access to the XBOX Family Zone situated on the JM Finn Stand Balcony for all home T20 fixtures. Pride of Lions Membership is just £20.

How do I refer a friend to become a Surrey County Cricket Club Member?

Current Members of Surrey County Cricket Club receive great rewards for recommending friends and family to join the Club as Members. Full information on our ‘Reyferrer’ scheme can be found here.

Can I renew my Membership online?

Yes, all Memberships can be renewed online via the Surrey County Cricket Club website. To renew your Membership, click here.

When will money be taken for my Membership?

Anyone renewing by credit card will be charged at the time of their Membership being processed. Payment can also be set-up via Direct Debit, with Members choosing to do so receiving a £10 discount if choosing to pay in one instalment. How can I switch my method of payment to direct debit?

However you currently pay, switching to Direct Debit is easy and you will receive a £20 discount. Please contact our Member and Supporter Services Team on 0203 946 0100 to set up your Direct Debit.

When will I receive my Membership Card for the season?

All Members will receive a new Membership card prior to each season. You will receive an email from the Club once this has been posted to you. A Membership pack will also be sent to you in the post containing all of the relevant information you require for the upcoming season.
