Surrey Members’
THIS PAGE PROVIDES ALL OF THE KEY INFORMATION THAT MEMBERS OF SURREY COUNTY CRICKET CLUB MAY NEED BEFORE ATTENDING A MATCH-DAY AT THE KIA OVAL.
We have a dedicated Member and Supporter Services Team to assist with any queries that you may have and they can be contacted via membership@surreycricket.com.
Please note that The Kia Oval is now a cashless venue and only card payment will be accepted around the ground.
Tickets
On domestic match-days for which their Membership allows access, Members can enter the ground by scanning their physical or digital Membership card at the point of entry.
As Members’ Areas on domestic match-days offer unreserved seating, Members can enter the ground at either the Hobbs Gate (Oval end) or the Alec Stewart Gate (Vauxhall end).
Members can bring guests using the guest vouchers allocated to them as part of their Membership. For more information as to how to assign your guest vouchers, please click here. Guest vouchers are not available for Vitality Blast or The Hundred matches.
Scanning Your Membership Card
For 2024, all Members entering Members’ Areas, including Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion, Peter May Garden, Lock Balcony and Laker Balcony, will have to scan their Membership Card and again when exiting. This will be implemented across all of Surrey’s home domestic fixtures in order to ensure we have an accurate breakdown of attendance within the Members’ Areas. This information will enable us to ensure we are offering the very best service in the Members’ Areas, and they do not go beyond capacity.
Seat Information
Members’ seating is unreserved at the Kia Oval and Members are permitted to sit anywhere within Members’ Areas.
Members’ Areas include the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion, Peter May Garden, Laker Balcony, and Lock Balcony. All areas are subject to availability and you may be directed to other Members’ Areas should an area reach capacity.
If seats are covered with a purple accessibility bib, please do not move them as these seats have specifically been reserved for Members with accessible needs. Should you wish to sit in these seats, please speak to one of our Accessibility team, or come to the Pavilion Reception and speak to a member of staff.

Accessible toilets at The Kia Oval are allocated in the JM Finn Stand behind Blocks 2 and 19, by Entrance 22 of the Galadari Stand and between Entrances 31 and 32 of the Bedser Stand. The majority of these toilets require a RADAR key. If you are not in possession of a RADAR key, then please contact the nearest steward who will source one for you. Emergency cords are situated in all accessible toilets.
The majority of our catering points have been adapted to offer low level service points. Where these are not available, our staff will be more than happy to source any product for you.
Induction loops have been installed in a number of the seating blocks in the ground. In addition, all receptions, tickets offices and a number of catering outlets also have this facility. Switching your hearing aid to M or T can access the system.
What You Can Bring

For other match-days, such as Vitality County Championship, Metro Bank One London Cup and Surrey Women fixtures, alcohol importation is restricted to a maximum of four 500ml cans of beer/lager or a 750ml plastic container of wine per person. No further alcohol will be permitted on any subsequent re-admission to the ground.
Members and fans are also welcome to bring food into the ground on match-days.
