Guide to Purchasing your Laker Debenture Seat

THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL OF THE KEY INFORMATION THAT LAKER DEBENTURE MEMBERS MAY NEED AHEAD OF PURCHASING THEIR ALLOCATED SEAT FOR 2025 INTERNATIONALS

Laker Debenture Members’ priority window to purchase their allocated seat for 2025 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 22 October, and close at 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024.

This priority window ensures that Laker Debenture Members have access to purchase their allocated seat, at an exclusive price, before anyone else.

2025 internationals include England Men’s Metro Bank ODI against West Indies on 3 June, England Women’s Vitality IT20 against India on 4 July, and England Men’s Rothesay Test Match against India starting on 31 July.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR SEAT

1. Log in to your online Surrey Ticketing Account here.
2. Once logged in, click ‘Reserved Ticket(s)’ on the right sidebar of the Home Page.
3. The page that appears will show all the tickets that have been reserved for you in your allocated seat for the 2025 Internationals. If you would like to proceed and purchase all tickets, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘BUY NOW‘. All days of International cricket will be selected by default.
4. If you would like to select the specific matches that you would like to attend, de-select the matches that you do not wish to purchase.
5. Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the bottom of the page. Please note: unselected seats will be released after 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024.
6. Your Shopping Basket will appear showing the matches that you have chosen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘BUY NOW‘. You will have 14 minutes to complete the payment.
7. A summary of your purchase will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the box to agree with our Ticket Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT‘.
8. Enter your card details and click ‘PAY NOW‘.
9. Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours.
