Excellent in all departments of the game, vice-captain Farrant is a natural leader
Farrant has represented England 24 times as well as playing 37 times for the South East Stars. The left-armer seamer has over 230 wickets in List A and T20 cricket averaging 20.5 in List A and just over 17 in T20s.
In 2024, Farrant also excelled with the bat, scoring 280 runs at an average of 46 in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy including a career-best 94 as the Stars beat the Southern Vipers in a thriller at Beckenham.
The all-rounder was part of the inaugural success of the Oval Invincibles in the 2021 edition of the Hundred, starring with 18 wickets at an average of just over 10.
