Guide to Purchasing your Surrey and England Seat

THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL OF THE KEY INFORMATION THAT SURREY AND ENGLAND MEMBERS NEED AHEAD OF PURCHASING THEIR ALLOCATED SEAT FOR 2026 INTERNATIONALS

Surrey and England Members’ priority window to purchase their allocated seat for 2026 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 28 October, and close at 5pm Sunday 2 November 2025.

This priority window allows Surrey and England Members to purchase their allocated seat access at an exclusive price before anyone else.

2026 internationals include England Men’s Rothesay Test Match against New Zealand starting on Wednesday 17 June and England Men’s Metro Bank ODI against Sri Lanka on Sunday 27 September.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR SEAT

1. Log in to your online Surrey Ticketing Account here.
2. Once logged in, click to view your reservation details on the home page.
3. The page that appears will show all the tickets that have been reserved for you in your allocated seat for the 2026 Internationals. If you would like to purchase all allocated tickets, click ‘Pay for All Reserved Tickets‘. All days of International cricket will be selected by default.
4. If you would like to select the specific matches that you would like to attend, click ‘Select Individual Tickets‘ and choose the relevant dates.
5. Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the bottom of the page. Please note: unselected seats will be released after 5pm on Sunday 2 November 2025.
6. The tickets are now in your shopping basket. If you are happy, please check that you have read our Terms and Conditions, and then click ‘Proceed to payment‘.
7. Select your payment method by clicking the relevant box depending on whether your payment card is a VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX. Please insert your card details and click ‘Pay now‘. Please note you will have to select your payment method before inserting your card details.
8. Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours. Please note that your tickets will be available to download/access approximately 4 weeks prior to the fixture.

If you do not complete your order within 30 minutes, or make an error with your selection, please wait 45 minutes and try again.

What is the easiest way for me to purchase my allocated seat?

The easiest way for Surrey and England Members to purchase their allocated seat is online via their Surrey Ticketing Account.

When can I purchase the rest of my ticket allocation for the 2026 internationals?

This year, Surrey and England Members have priority to purchase their full allocation ahead of other Membership categories in an exclusive window. Surrey and England Members priority window to purchase their full allocation opens on Tuesday 4 November at 10am, and will close on Sunday 9 November at 5pm.

How many tickets can I purchase in the general priority window?

Surrey and England Members can purchase up to eight Men’s Test Match (max four per day) and four Men’s ODI, in addition to their allocated seat.

Is it guaranteed that I can purchase my allocated seat at any point during this window?

Surrey and England Members are guaranteed to be able to purchase their allocated seat, at any point, during their dedicated window (28 October – 2 November). After this date, their seat may be taken up by other Members or supporters.
