Surrey’s Conor McKerr has joined Derbyshire on an initial 14 day loan.
McKerr has joined up with the Derbyshire squad ahead of the fixture against Worcestershire at New Road.
The seamer played two Championship matches for Surrey in 2022, in victories against Yorkshire and Warwickshire, and three games in the Vitality Blast. He was also Surrey’s leading wicket taker in last year’s One Day Cup.
This will be McKerr’s third spell at the Incora County Ground having played County Championship cricket in 2017 and in the 2021 Vitality Blast.
Alec Stewart, Director of Cricket at Surrey CCC, said “This is another opportunity for Conor to play first team cricket and we hope to see him perform well once again for Derbyshire.”
