Sam and Tom Curran and Jason Roy have been named in the England squad for the upcoming One Day International series against Sri Lanka.

The trio have been playing for Surrey in recent weeks but today enter the international bubble ahead of playing in three IT20s against Sri Lanka.

Their inclusion in this squad means their participation in this year’s Vitality Blast has concluded.

All three players have come through the Surrey Academy and Tom Curran recently spoke to ‘voice of Surrey Cricket’ Mark Church about what it meant to spend time back at his home Club.

The selection also means the three players have the chance to play alongside each other for England at a The Kia Oval, when the ground stages the second match in the series on Thursday July 1st.
