Surrey’s 2024 fixtures were announced last week, with a trip to Old Trafford confirmed as the season opener for the county champions
The 2023 champions will return to The Kia Oval on Friday 12 April against Somerset, with the westcountry county also being the visitors for The Kia Oval’s Vitality Blast opener as part of T20 double-header on Sunday 2 June. South East Stars will face Southern Vipers in the Charlotte Edwards Cup before Surrey face Somerset.
An international flavour at The Home of T20 Cricket sees England Men face Pakistan in an IT20 on Thursday 30 May before England Women face New Zealand in an IT20 on Saturday 13 July. Ben Stokes’ Test side end the Test-match summer at The Kia Oval with the visit of Sri Lanka from Friday 6 September in the final match of a three-game series.
