Voting for the 2024 Election of Members to the Surrey CCC General Committee is now open.
This year, nine candidates are standing for four vacancies. They are as follows:
- Zafar Ansari
- Warwick Jones
- Emma Lewendon
- Ewen Macleod
- Richard Mantell
- Simon Menneer
- Oliver Slipper
- Steve Wootten
- David Wright
Surrey County Cricket Club are a democratically organised Members’ Club. Every year, four Members can be elected onto the General Committee. These candidates have all been proposed by five current Members of the Club, and, in accordance with Club Rules, have submitted their application by 1st February.
The details on the nomination forms submitted have been provided by the candidates, and are included on the voting website.
Each candidate was invited to complete the form under the following headings:
- Cricket Clubs and other bodies concerned with cricket of which you have been or are a member of, including dates of membership
- History of service to Surrey County Cricket Club, e.g. Committee Membership, etc, with dates
- Professional Qualifications
- Brief outline of attributes the candidate would bring to the General Committee
