India Room Flexible Meeting & Event Space in London

From presentations to drinks overlooking the pitch, the India Room can change pace with your event. Its flexible layout works for meetings, smaller conferences and dinners, with a built-in projector, screen and PA system for presentations.

The room can accommodate up to 170 guests theatre-style, 160 for dinner or 200 for a reception. Its large covered private terrace has its own bar and provides extra space for lunch, networking, post-conference drinks or a summer reception.

Please note: All maximum capacities are based on standard layouts with chairs and tables only. Catering setups, staging, or bespoke AV arrangements may affect total capacity.
