West Indies Room Flexible Meeting & Event Space in London

The West Indies Room offers space for both the business and social parts of an event. Set beside the Press Lounge, it works well as a meeting in London for presentations and small corporate events, with seating for up to 70 guests theatre-style or 60 for dinner.

Outside, a large covered private terrace overlooks the pitch. With a pizza oven on the terrace, the space lends itself to summer parties, networking receptions and informal dinners where guests can enjoy food and drinks outdoors. The covered terrace also gives organisers extra space to use alongside the room throughout the event.

Please note: All maximum capacities are based on standard layouts with chairs and tables only. Catering setups, staging, or bespoke AV arrangements may affect total capacity.
