NEXT STEPS

1. Personal Details and Consent – Action Required Below

A condition of entry for all attendees is to provide their personal details and consent to taking part in the Events Research Programme.

As the ticket purchaser you must ensure that you, and anyone attending the fixture with you, complete a consent form.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM HERE.

This must be completed by all attendees prior to the match-day.

2. COVID-19 Pass

All ticket holders will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 status when entering the ground.

All attendees must show that they have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine (at least 14 days prior to attending the match) or that they have had a NHS negative lateral flow test for COVID-19 (to be taken within 48hrs of attending the match).

You can do this quickly and easily by using the NHS COVID-19 Pass on the NHS App. We advise that you start planning on how you will confirm your COVID-19 status now by reading the below.

How do I access the NHS COVID-19 Pass to use on entry?

You can do this by downloading the NHS App to your smartphone. Please note that this is different to the NHS COVID-19 Track and Trace App.

The NHS COVID-19 Pass is available within the NHS App. Click on ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’ when you enter the App. This will allow you to show your vaccination or lateral flow test status as you enter the ground.

Alternatively, you can download a PDF copy, or receive an offline copy by email, and print this to bring with you on the match-day.

If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, then you can order a copy of the NHS COVID-19 Pass letter if you have been vaccinated by telephoning 119. Please note that the letter can take up to five working days to reach you.

To get information on the NHS COVID-19 Pass, and how you can have it ready in time for your visit, please follow the link here.
