Guide to Purchasing
THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL OF THE KEY INFORMATION THAT MEMBERS OF SURREY COUNTY CRICKET CLUB NEED AHEAD OF PURCHASING THEIR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS FOR 2024 INTERNATIONALS
Surrey Members’ priority window to purchase their allocation of tickets for 2024 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 24 October, and close at 5pm Friday 3 November 2023.
This priority window ensures that all Members have ample opportunity to purchase their full allocation of tickets, at an exclusive Members’ price, prior to tickets going on sale to Ticket Ballot entrants.

- England Men’s Vitality IT20 vs. Pakistan: Thursday 30th May 2024
- England Women’s Vitality IT20 vs. New Zealand: Saturday 13th July 2024
- England Men’s LV= Insurance Test Match vs. Sri Lanka: Friday 6th – Tuesday 10th September 2024
Members’ International Ticket Allocation
Ticket allocations for international matches are specific to the different Membership categories available.

Please note:
- The specified ticket allocation is across Days one to four of the Test Match, not per day. Additional tickets are available for Day 5.
- Pride of Lions Members purchasing international tickets must include an Under 16 ticket and any junior ticket must be accompanied by an adult ticket, in compliance with our ground safety regulations.
- The Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion is Members only for international matches.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS
The easiest way for Members of Surrey County Cricket Club to purchase their allocation of international tickets is online, through their Surrey Ticketing Account.
- Log-in to your Surrey Ticketing account here.
- Once logged in, click ‘TICKETS‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select the day of cricket that you would like to purchase.
- Using the seating map, select the area of the ground that you would like to sit in.
- Click on the seats that you would like to purchase. Please note the maximum quantity of tickets that you are able to purchase with your Membership is referenced above.
- Click ‘ADD TO CART‘ in the bottom right of the page.
- If you would like to purchase tickets for another day of international cricket, select ‘TICKETS‘ from the navigation bar and repeat steps 4-7.
- Once you are happy with your ticket selection(s), click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the right of the page or at the bottom of the page.
- Your Order Summary will appear. Please note, if you have exceeded your allocation, you will need to assign any additional tickets to people in your ‘Friends and Family’ network, otherwise you will not be able to proceed. If you require instructions as how to do this, please reference this guide.
- At the bottom of the Order Summary page, tick the box to agree with our Ticketing Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT‘.
- Select your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and enter your card details, then click ‘PAY NOW‘.
- Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours. Please note that your tickets will not be available to download/access until closer to the match-day.
Friends and Family Network
Your ‘Friends and Family’ Network on your Surrey Ticketing Account is the the Club’s way to ensure Members are able to purchase tickets on behalf of other Members.
Instructions as to how to add friends and family to your network are as follows:
- Log in to your Surrey Ticketing Account here.
- Click on your name in the top right of the page to access your Account Home Page.
- On the right hand side of the page, click ‘FRIENDS AND FAMILY‘.
- On the Friends and Family page, click ‘NEW‘ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. You will be required to input their Membership Number and Surname.
- Click ‘SAVE‘, this person will now be added to your network so that you can secure tickets on behalf of them.
You will not be able to proceed with the payment for your tickets if you have exceeded your allocation and not assigned the tickets to someone in your Friends and Family Network.
