Guide to Purchasing
THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL OF THE KEY INFORMATION THAT MEMBERS OF SURREY COUNTY CRICKET CLUB NEED AHEAD OF PURCHASING THEIR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS FOR 2025 INTERNATIONALS
Surrey Members’ priority window to purchase their allocation of tickets for 2025 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 5 November, and close at 5pm Friday 15 November 2024.
This priority window ensures that all Members have ample opportunity to purchase their full allocation of tickets, at an exclusive Members’ price, prior to tickets going on sale to Ticket Ballot entrants.

- England Men’s Metro Bank ODI vs. West Indies: Tuesday 3 June 2025
- England Women’s Vitality IT20 vs. India: Â Friday 4 July 2025
- England Men’s Rothesay Test Match vs. India: Thursday 31 July – Monday 4 August 2025
Members’ International Ticket Allocation
Ticket allocations for international matches are specific to the different Membership categories available.

Please note:
- The specified ticket allocation is across Days one to four of the Test Match, not per day. Additional tickets are available for Day 5.
- Pride of Lions Members purchasing international tickets must include an Under 16 ticket and any junior ticket must be accompanied by an adult ticket, in compliance with our ground safety regulations.
- The Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion is Members only for international matches.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS
The easiest way for Members of Surrey County Cricket Club to purchase their allocation of international tickets is online, through their Surrey Ticketing Account.
- Log-in to your Surrey Ticketing account here.
- Once logged in, click ‘TICKETS‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select the day of cricket that you would like to purchase.
- Using the seating map, select the area of the ground that you would like to sit in.
- Click on the seats that you would like to purchase. Please note the maximum quantity of tickets that you are able to purchase with your Membership is referenced above.
- Click ‘ADD TO CART‘ in the bottom right of the page.
- If you would like to purchase tickets for another day of international cricket, select ‘TICKETS‘ from the navigation bar and repeat steps 4-7.
- Once you are happy with your ticket selection(s), click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the right of the page or at the bottom of the page.
- Your Order Summary will appear. Please note, if you have exceeded your allocation, you will need to assign any additional tickets to Members in your ‘Friends and Family’ network, otherwise you will not be able to proceed. Instructions on how to add Members to your Friends and Family network can be seen below*
- At the bottom of the Order Summary page, tick the box to agree with our Ticketing Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT‘.
- Select your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and enter your card details, then click ‘PAY NOW‘.
- Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours. Please note that your tickets will not be available to download/access until closer to the match-day.
*Please note:
If you are booking additional tickets outside of your ticket allocation on behalf of Members in your network, please ensure that the number of tickets assigned to each Member does not exceed the maximum quantity of tickets that they are permitted, otherwise, you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Our ticketing system during our Members’ priority on-sale window only permits Members to assign tickets to other Members that have the same international ticket allocation, which means:
- Debenture, Surrey and England, and County Members can assign tickets to one another via their online account.
- Pride of Lions, Surrey 16-21, and Surrey 22-25 can assign tickets to one another via their online account.
In instances where Members have different ticket allocations and wish to redeem more tickets than they can purchase via their own account, Members will be required to complete their purchases separately. This can be done online via your Surrey Ticketing Account or by telephone on 020 394 60100. During the international on-sale window, we are expecting longer wait times than usual.
Friends and Family Network
Your ‘Friends and Family’ Network on your Surrey Ticketing Account is the the Club’s way to ensure Members are able to purchase tickets on behalf of other Members.
Instructions as to how to add friends and family to your network are as follows:
- Log in to your Surrey Ticketing Account here.
- Click on your name in the top right of the page to access your Account Home Page.
- On the right hand side of the page, click ‘FRIENDS AND FAMILY‘.
- On the Friends and Family page, click ‘NEW‘ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. You will be required to input their Membership Number and Surname.
- Click ‘SAVE‘, this person will now be added to your network so that you can secure tickets on behalf of them.
You will not be able to proceed with the payment for your tickets if you have exceeded your allocation and not assigned the tickets to someone in your Friends and Family Network.
