As we have moved to a new ticketing system, if you have not logged on to your online account since 18^th August 2021, then you will need to generate a new password. To do so, please click here. If you have already generated a new password, but you have are still receiving an error message, please ensure that you are logging in using the email address associated with your Membership. Our Member and Supporter Services are available to help with any queries via membership@surreycricket.com or 0203 946 0100.

If you are a Surrey and England Member and would like to switch to paying for your Membership via Direct Debit, please call our Member and Supporter Services Team on 0203 946 0100 and we will be able to change your payment method, whilst retaining your Surrey and England allocated seat for the 2022 season.

Log-in to your account by selecting ‘Log-In’ in the top right of www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Then select the Membership category that you would like to renew for the 2022 season, and enter ‘1’ next to the payment method that you would like to use. Selecting ‘Adult’ will require a one-off card payment, whereas selecting ‘Direct Debit’ will set-up a payment to be taken either in one instalment (January 2022) or four instalments (January, February, March and April 2022).

If you would like to join us for the 2022 season, we advise becoming a Member prior to 2^nd November 2021 so that you can enjoy priority access to purchase tickets for next summer’s International matches at The Kia Oval at a discounted Members’ price.

Click here to view the seats available as a Surrey and England Member for the 2022 season. Surrey and England Members are able to purchase tickets in their seat for every International fixture at The Kia Oval before anyone else.

If you are an existing Member renewing your Membership for the 2022 season, you will receive a £20 discount by paying for your Membership via direct debit.

If you are a new Member joining the Club for the 2022 season, you will receive a £10 discount by paying for your Membership via direct debit.

Members of Surrey County Cricket Club can join a waiting list to secure a Surrey and England Membership in the Pavilion for the 2022 season. Please click here to join the Waiting List. Please note that you will need to log-in to your online account to join this.

You can pay for your Membership via card, cheque or direct debit. The majority of our Members choose to pay for their Membership via direct debit as renewing Members will receive a £20 discount when paying via direct debit, and new Members will receive a £10 discount. Please note that this discount is not available for County 16-21 or Pride of Lions Members.

If you are a Surrey and England Member and would like to switch to paying for your Membership via Direct Debit, please call our Member and Supporter Services Team on 020 946 0100 and we will be able to change your payment method, whilst retaining your Surrey and England allocated seat for the 2022 season.

You can pay for your Membership via one direct debit instalment with payment taken in the first week of January. Or, you can opt to pay for your Membership via four direct debit instalments with payment taken in the first week of January, February, March and April.

Once you have logged in to your online account, click on your name in the top right of the page. You will now be on your Account Home page. On the right side of the page, click ‘Friends and Family’. On the Friends and Family page, click ‘New’ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. Click ‘Save’ and this person will now be added to your account so that you can secure tickets on their behalf.

If you pay for your Membership by card, the payment will be taken at the date and time of which you purchase your Membership. If you pay via cheque, then payment will be processed within 10 days of us receiving your cheque at The Kia Oval.

If you pay for your Membership via one direct debit instalment, payment will be taken in the first week of January. If you pay for your Membership via four direct debit instalments, payment will be taken in the first week of January, February, March and April.

Once you have logged in to your account, please click ‘Your Profile Details’ on the right of the page under ‘Account Settings’. In here you can amend any personal details related to your account.

Once you have logged into your account, please click ‘Order History’ on the right of the page underneath ‘Tickets’. This will show the details of any Memberships that you hold with the Club.

For any 2021 fixtures, you will need to log-in to your Ticketmaster account via eticketing.co.uk/surreytickets. You should use tickets.surreycricket.com for any purchases for the 2022 season onwards.

If you have not logged in to your online account since 18th August 2021, you will need to generate a new password. To do that, click here.

Once you are logged in to your online account, you can then click ‘Update Your Password’ on the right of the page and create a new password.

Yes, all Memberships can be renewed online via the Surrey County Cricket Club site here.

Our Pride of Lions Membership is perfect for all Surrey County Cricket fans under the age of 16. For just £20, Pride of Lions Membership includes access to all domestic cricket at The Kia Oval, including Vitality Blast and The Hundred, as well as priority access to purchase International tickets, invitations to exclusive Members’ events featuring players and coaching staff, and discount in the Club Shop.

Your Membership Card and Pack will be sent prior to the start of the 2022 season. Please note that these will arrive separately. You will be notified via email once your Membership Card and Pack have been distributed.

Different Membership categories cover different fixtures. Surrey and England, County and Pride of Lions Memberships cover all domestic fixtures at The Kia Oval. We recommend Members renew their Membership prior to 2^nd November as this is the date that the Members’ priority window to secure 2022 International tickets opens. From 2^nd – 12^th November, Surrey County Cricket Club Members will benefit from discounted ticket prices for next summer’s Test Match and One-Day International.

There is no deadline to renew your Membership for the 2022 season.
