Nine members of Surrey’s professional squad will be involved in this week’s 2nd XI Championship match against Yorkshire at Guildford Cricket Club.

Gus Atkinson, Laurie Evans, Will Jacks, Nicholas Kimber, Conor McKerr, Daniel Moriarty, Ryan Patel, Nico Reifer & James Taylor will all be taking this as vital game time in pursuit of first team opportunities.

After battling a knee injury for much his time with the Club, fans may be excited to see young seamer Kimber in action for the first time in a Surrey shirt.

They are supported by wicket keeper Billy Mead, batter Justin Broad and Academy prospects George Ealham and Ben Geddes. Geddes will be hoping to continue some good form early in the season.

Surrey will be hoping to bounce back after an innings defeat against Essex earlier this week at Billericay Cricket Club.

A live scorecard will be available throughout the match including clips of all the key moments.
