Player Bio
One of the most promising players emerging around the country, Capsey is always in the game.
In 2021, she took a big step forward in The Hundred, when opening the batting for Oval Invincibles and particularly shining in the defeat of London Spirit at Lord’s. She remained a key part of the side that won the competition and then shone again for South East Stars, hitting the winning runs in the T20 Charlotte Edwards Cup final.
Following a successful start to the season for Surrey and South East Stars, the 18-year-old made her international debut for England vs South Africa in July 2022. In September, she made her ODI debut against the touring India side. Capsey has since joined the Melbourne Stars in the 2022 Women’s Big Bash League.
