Surrey all-rounder Jamie Overton has pulled out of The Hundred after suffering a calf related injury.

Overton was injured during the match against Somerset in the LV= County Championship and will now complete a period of rehabilitation work rather than representing the Manchester Originals.

His injury means Surrey are now losing just 11 players to the competition – with Club captain Rory Burns, Jordan Clark, Sam and Tom Curran, Laurie Evans, Will Jacks, Jason Roy and Reece Topley all set to play for the Oval Invincibles, Ollie Pope and Liam Plunkett representing the Welsh Fire and Jade Dernbach stationed at the London Spirit.
