Surrey County Cricket Club would like to thank its Members during what has been another challenging year.
It has been great to welcome Members back to The Kia Oval, in particular when we were back with a full capacity crowd recently for an incredible Test Match between England and India.
It is a great improvement compared to the start of the season where, because of Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to allow Members to attend two LV= County Championship fixtures at The Kia Oval against Leicestershire and Hampshire.
As a Surrey Member you should have had entry to these matches, and as per our pro-rata refund policy, we would like to offer you a refund on your 2021 Membership to compensate you for being unable to attend these two fixtures.
If you would like to claim this refund, please visit KiaOval.com/pro-rata-refund and complete the short Refund Form. Please ensure that you have completed this form by 29th October 2021 for us to process your request. Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate your refund to the club, you need take no further action.
If you have not done so already, it is important that you activate your online account on our new ticketing system here. You can log-in to your account with the same email address you currently use for your Membership, but for security purposes, you will need to create a new password.
