A full round-up of everything that happened between Surrey and Northamptonshire in the Royal London Cup match at The Kia Oval on Friday.

WHAT HAPPENED

Only 5.3 overs were possible as rain ruined the day at The Kia Oval. Starting a 34 over game at 1:15pm, Northants made 31/1 before the rain intervened.

Conor McKerr was the Surrey man to take that only wicket, that of Ricardo Vasconcelos caught at third man for 17.

Both sides will take one point from the match, meaning Surrey have five points from their opening three fixtures in Group 1.
