Surrey & England batsman Jason Roy is just two victories away from Big Bash League glory with his Perth Scorchers side.

Roy’s Scorchers ended the group stage of the BBL10 in second place and will face Sydney Sixers in Saturday’s qualifier for the right to progress straight to the 6th February final. This match will be live at 8:15am on BT Sport for UK viewers.

The loser of that match will go to a challenger fixture on the 4th February against the side that emerges from the mini play-off between third, fourth and fifth.

In his 11 appearance for Scorchers so far this year, Roy has been in incredible form at the top of the innings alongside fellow England batsman Liam Livingstone. The opener has scored 352 runs at a strike rate of 133.84 including 43 fours and seven sixes.

Surrey’s Will Jacks was also involved in the BBL this season but his Hobart Hurricanes side missed out on the knockout stages of the competition.
