Ryan Patel scored the first half-century of the 2022 County Championship season, and was joined by Rory Burns in getting Surrey off to a fantastic start with an opening partnership of 117.
The 24-year old spoke to BBC’s Mark Church following the conclusion of Day One against Warwickshire at Edgbaston, which they ended 168/3.
