KEY INFORMATION

PURCHASING TICKETS FOR 2024 INTERNATIONALS

Surrey and England Members’ priority window to purchase their full allocation of tickets for 2024 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 17 October, and close at 5pm Friday 20 October 2023.

This priority window allows Surrey and England Members to purchase their full allocation of tickets at an exclusive price before anyone else. This is eight men’s Test for Days 1-4 (maximum of four per day)*, four men’s IT20, and unlimited women’s IT20 tickets.

2024 internationals include England Men’s Vitality IT20 against Pakistan on 30 May, England Women’s Vitality IT20 against New Zealand on 13 July, and England Men’s LV= Insurance Test Match against Sri Lanka starting on 6 September.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS

1. Log in to your online Surrey Ticketing Account here.
2. Once logged in, click ‘TICKETS‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
3. Select the day of cricket that you would like to purchase.
4. Using the seating map, select the area of the ground that you would like to sit in.
5. Click on the seats that you would like to purchase. Please note the maximum quantity of tickets that you are able to purchase is 8 for the Test (4 per day), 4 for the Men’s IT20, and unlimited for the Women’s IT20.
6. Click ‘ADD TO CART‘ at the bottom right of the page.
7. If you would like to purchase tickets for another day of international cricket, select ‘TICKETS‘ from the navigation bar, and repeat steps 4-7.
8. Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the side of the page or at the bottom of the page.
9. Your Order Summary will appear. Please note, if you have exceeded your allocation, you will need to assign any additional tickets to people in your ‘Friends and Family’ network, otherwise you will not be able to proceed. If you require instructions as to how to do this, please reference the below guide.
10. At the bottom of the Order Summary page, tick the box to agree with our Ticket Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT‘.
11. Select your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and enter your card details, then click ‘PAY NOW‘.
12. Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY NETWORK

Your ‘Friends and Family’ Network on your Surrey Ticketing Account is the the Club’s way to ensure Members are able to purchase tickets on behalf of other Members.

Instructions as to how to add friends and family to your network are as follows:

1. Log in to your Surrey Ticketing Account here.
2. Click on your name in the top right of the page to access your Account Home Page.
3. On the right hand side of the page, click ‘FRIENDS AND FAMILY‘.
4. On the Friends and Family page, click ‘NEW‘ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. You will be required to input their Membership Number and Surname.
5. Click ‘SAVE‘, this person will now be added to your network so that you can secure tickets on behalf of them.

You will not be able to proceed with the payment for your tickets if you have exceeded your allocation and not assigned the tickets to someone in your Friends and Family Network.

What is the easiest way for me to purchase my tickets?

The easiest way for Surrey and England Members to purchase their tickets is online via their Surrey Ticketing Account.

How many tickets can I purchase in the general priority window?

Surrey and England Members can purchase up to eight Men’s Test Match, four Men’s IT20 and unlimited Women’s IT20 tickets, in addition to their allocated seat purchased last week.

I would like to relocate my ticket from my Surrey and England seat?
