Surrey man Will Jacks will play for Chattogram Challengers in the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League, starting on 21st January.
Jacks is one of five overseas players with the Challengers, including fellow Englishman Benny Howell. Each team will play 10 times in the group stage before the knockout stages are played from the 14th to 18th February.
Our all-rounder, the 2020 Vitality Blast Player of the Year, was picked up in the players’ draft in December after scoring 179 runs for the Bangla Tigers in the Abu Dhabi T10 League.
It will be Jacks’ second experience as an overseas player in a T20 tournament, having represented Hobart Hurricanes during the 2020/21 Big Bash League season.
