Surrey supporters have a chance to win Sean Abbott’s 2023 County Championship shirt, numbered 77, which is signed by the Australian himself!
The allrounder, who is returning to south London in 2024, enjoyed a terrific spell with the Three Feathers last season, quickly becoming a popular personality in the dressing room and amongst the fans.
To enter the competition, participants need to like and comment on the post about the giveaway on either Surrey’s official X, Instagram, or Facebook channel before 18:00 GMT on Thursday, 15 February 2024.
In what was a sensational year for Abbott and Surrey, the 31-year-old was a crucial part of the County Championship-winning campaign as well as played the innings of the year when he smashed a record-equalling 34-ball century against Kent Spitfires at The Kia Oval, becoming Surrey’s quickest centurion ever.
In the red-ball competition, he impressed with both the ball and the bat, collecting 37 wickets at an average of less than 25 and scoring more than 450 runs at an average of over 45.
The lucky winner, who has liked and commented on the post related to the giveaway on one of Surrey’s social media channels, will be drawn at random via a computerised process and be contacted by the Club once the competition closes at 18:00 GMT tomorrow.
