TICKETS

Extremely limited tickets remain for each day here. This is our final stock of tickets and no moves or alterations can be made.

REFUNDS

If you can no longer attend, you should put your ticket on the Ticket Exchange service on our ticketing site. To do this, log in to your account on the ticketing site, select your tickets on the bar on the right hand side, check them and click ‘Sell on Ticket Exchange’ at the bottom of the page. Please note that Ticket Exchange closes three days prior to the match.

DAYS 1-4: If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, venues are unable to admit spectators OR play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

(a) non admittance of spectators OR zero to 15 overs played – a full refund;

(b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played – a 50% refund.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

DAY 5: a full refund will be given if the venue is unable to admit spectators or there is no play because the match has been completed.

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

No proof of vaccination, negative status or immunity will be required on entry. You should not attend The Kia Oval if you have any Covid 19 symptoms or your most recent test was positive.

Please do bring a face covering or mask with you should you wish to.

TRAVEL
By Car
No match-day parking is available at, or in the vicinity, of the ground and we advise all fans to use public transport.

By National Rail
The Kia Oval is located just a ten-minute walk from Vauxhall station, served by South Western Railway trains coming in and out of Waterloo.

By London Underground

Vauxhall Underground station is on the Victoria line, with services every few minutes, and just six minutes walk from the JM Finn Stand End of the ground.

Oval and Kennington Underground stations are both on the Northern line and just a few minutes from the Pavilion End of the ground.

By Bus

Route numbers 36, 185 and 436 stop outside the ground and the following buses stop within a five-minute walk of the Kia Oval: 3, 59, 109, 133, 159, 333. For more information, and to plan your journey to the Kia Oval via the London Underground, click here.

FOOD AND DRINK

A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at a number of bars throughout the concourses. Please note that The Kia Oval is a cashless venue and only card payment will be taken.

Gluten free beer is available from the Oval Tap bar on the concourse of the new One Oval Square.

Food options around the ground include:

  • Burgers
  • Pies
  • Kebabs & wraps

Most stalls will offer vegetarian and/or vegan options as well as gluten-free.

Members who renewed their Membership prior to 1st March 2021 will have credit applied to their Membership Card and this can be used on Kia Oval owned and operated outlets around the ground.

Fans are not permitted to bring their own drinks into the ground, although food is permitted. No metal cutlery or glass will be allowed into the ground.

Water fountains are available around the ground and you can also fill your water bottles at any bar or stall around the ground.

MATCHDAY STORES

There will be several matchday stores open throughout the day, with the widest range available at brand new shop on the bottom floor of the One Oval Square development at the Pavilion End of the ground.

The largest store at the Vauxhall End of the ground will be in the Jardine Suite, beneath the JM Finn Stand.

These stores will be selling official England and Surrey merchandise.

ACCESSIBILITY

A non-visible disability wristband is available. This optional wristband will enable fans with a non-visible disability to easily identify themselves to Club staff on match-day, should they need any assistance, without having to give an explanation or the nature of their disability. Staff can then support the individual in the appropriate way.

If you require a wristband, please collect it from Theresa Peters in the Pavilion Reception upon arrival or email accessibility@surreycricket.com and one will be posted to you.

There are seventeen accessible toilets and five baby changing areas on-site at the Kia Oval. These are located:

JM FINN BLOCKS 3-6
There are toilet cubicles located at the rear of Blocks 3 and 6 of the JM Finn Stand, which both have accessibility facilities.

BEDSER STAND
The Bedser Stand, located next to the Members’ Pavilion, has accessible toilets available at the rear of the stand by entrance 31.

MEMBERS’ PAVILION
There is a clearly signposted accessible toilet on the ground floor of the Members’ Pavilion. This is located by reception, off an open access corridor with an internal ramp, and is therefore easily accessible for wheelchair users. The toilet measures 1.52m x 2.2m and there is an emergency assistance alarm within the cubicle.

The Changing Places Toilet is situated in the JM Finn reception, which is at the Vauxhall end of the ground, on the 1st floor. This is available to anyone with accessible needs, in the ground on a match day, or a non-match day, it is fitted with a RADAR lock. If you do not have a Radar key, please go to the JM Finn reception where one will be provided for you, or you can speak to your nearest ambassador or steward.

FAQ

Can I smoke?

There are designated smoking areas around The Kia Oval, located at the back of the stands. Please ask your nearest steward or staff member for directions to any such area. Note: This policy also applies to the use of electronic smoking devices.

Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone on arrival?

You do not need to print your ticket. As long as you can show the eTicket on your phone, our stewards will be able to scan you in.

Is there WiFi available?

WiFi is available free of charge at the Kia Oval. Use ‘_The Cloud’ to gain access.

Where is the nearest cash point?

Please note, a cashless system is in place at all outlets and bars.

Do I need to bring my own PPE?

If you would like to wear gloves and a mask at The Kia Oval, then please bring your own PPE to the ground. Hand sanitiser will be available around the ground.

Do I need to bring my Membership card?

You will have been sent an eTicket which should be produced on arrival for a steward to scan. Your Membership Card will not grant you access to the ground for this fixture.

Is parking available?

No. Parking is not available on-site at The Kia Oval for this fixture.
