18-year-old Corteen-Coleman earns her first call up to an international squad following two successful years of professional cricket for South East Stars, Southern Brave and Surrey.

Tilly has also been named in England’s squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series with New Zealand alongside Surrey’s One Day Cup captain Kira Chathli – who also earns a first international call up. All-rounder Alice Capsey has also been announced as part of the ODI squad for the matches with New Zealand, starting on Sunday 10 May.

Both Corteen-Coleman and Chathli started the season strongly for the Three Feather, winning three of their opening four matches, after spending the winter in various England training camps in Oman and South Africa.

Chathli earns the call-up in her inaugural year as the Three Feathers 50-over captain. The wicket-keeper-bat showed fine form with the bat throughout 2025, earning a spot in England’s development programme over the winter.

Sophia Dunkley and Danni Wyatt-Hodge, who have been named in the World Cup squad, will miss the upcoming New Zealand series to manage their workload, and in the case of Wyatt-Hodge the imminent arrival of her first baby.
