Surrey’s iconic T20 star, Kieron Pollard, is available for selection from next week and in line to make his debut against Gloucestershire next Tuesday at The Kia Oval. Here are the great man’s numbers.

A career that began in 2006, he has played for the following: Adelaide Strikers, Barbados Tridents, Cape Cobras, Dhaka Dynamites, Dhaka Gladiators, Karachi Kings, Melbourne Renegades, Multan Sultans, Mumbai Indians, Peshawar Zalmi, Somerset, South Australia, St Lucia Stars, Stanford Superstars, Trinbago Knight Riders, Trinidad & Tobago and, of course, the West Indies


In 2021, playing for West Indies, Pollard hit six sixes in an over off the bowling of Sri Lanka’s Akila Dananjaya, in an extraordinary game in which Dananjaya had already claimed a hat-trick. Only Herschelle Gibbs and Yuvraj Singh have matched the feat at international level

Catches in all T20 cricket, the most of all time


Trophies throughout his T20 career, with victories in the Champions League, Big Bash, Caribbean Premier League and the IPL

The highest strike-rate of all players to have scored more than 10,000 runs


T20I appearances for the West Indies, the 10th highest of T20I appearances in history. He was a key part of the side that won the 2012 ICC Twenty20 World Cup
