In 2021, Surrey County Cricket Club launched a new ticketing system to improve the customer experience when purchasing either a Membership or tickets.

For any purchases of Surrey County Cricket Club Memberships or tickets, please use tickets.surreycricket.com.

Below are some FAQs which you may find helpful when using this ticketing system. If you previously had an online account with Surrey County Cricket Club, then you will need to generate a new password to activate your new account. Please click here and use the email address that you usually log-in to your account with.

I can’t log-in to my account and keep getting an error message. How can I log-in to renew my Membership?

As we moved to a new ticketing system in 2021, if you have not logged on to your online account since 23rd August 2021, then you will need to generate a new password. To do so, please click here. If you have already generated a new password, but you have are still receiving an error message, please ensure that you are logging in using the email address associated with your Membership. Our Member and Supporter Services are available to help with any queries via membership@surreycricket.com.

 

How can I switch my Surrey and England Membership to pay via Direct Debit?

If you are a Surrey and England Member and would like to switch to paying for your Membership via Direct Debit, please call our Member and Supporter Services Team on 0203 946 0100 and we will be able to change your payment method, whilst retaining your Surrey and England allocated seat for the upcoming season.

 

How can I renew my Membership for the upcoming season?

Log-in to your account here – www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Then select the Membership category that you would like to renew for the upcoming season, and enter ‘1’ next to the payment method that you would like to use. Selecting ‘Adult’ will require a one-off card payment, whereas selecting ‘Direct Debit’ will set-up a payment to be taken either in one instalment (January) or four instalments (January, February, March and April).

If you paid for last year’s Membership via Direct Debit, then you do not need to do anything and your Membership will automatically renew.

How can I join Surrey County Cricket Club as a Member?

There are numerous Memberships available at Surrey County Cricket Club and you can browse the different categories here. If you would like to join us for the upcoming season, we advise becoming a Member prior to the Members’ priority window for international tickets. This window can be found on our Membership page here. This way you can enjoy priority access to purchase tickets for next summer’s International matches at The Kia Oval at an exclusive Members’ price.

How can I join the Club as a Surrey and England Member?

Click here to view the seats available as a Surrey and England Member for the upcoming season. Surrey and England Members are able to purchase tickets in their seat for every International fixture at The Kia Oval before anyone else, at an exclusive price.

 

How much discount will I get for paying for my Membership by Direct Debit?

If you were a Member last year and are renewing your Membership for the upcoming season, you will receive a £20 discount by paying for your Membership via Direct Debit.

If you are a new Member joining the Club for the upcoming season, you will receive a £10 discount when paying via Direct Debit.

 

How can I join the Pavilion Waiting List?

Members of Surrey County Cricket Club can join a waiting list to secure a Surrey and England Membership in the Pavilion for the upcoming season. Please click here to join the Waiting List.

 

What are the payment options for a Surrey Membership?

You can pay for your Membership via card or Direct Debit. The majority of our Members choose to pay for their Membership via Direct Debit as renewing Members will receive a £20 discount, and new Members will receive a £10 discount. Please note that this discount is not available for County 16-21 or Pride of Lions Members.

 

How many instalments can I split my Direct Debit payment over?

You can pay for your Membership via one direct debit instalment with payment taken in the first week of January. Or, you can opt to pay for your Membership via four direct debit instalments with payment taken in the first week of January, February, March and April.

 

How can I add friends and family to my account so that I can secure tickets together for the internationals?

Log-in to your account here – www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Once you have logged in to your online account, click on your name in the top right of the page. You will now be on your Account Home page. On the right side of the page, click ‘Friends and Family’. On the Friends and Family page, click ‘New’ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. Click ‘Save’ and this person will now be added to your account so that you can secure tickets on their behalf.

 

How can I change my personal details?

Log-in to your account here – www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Once you have logged in to your account, please click ‘Your Profile Details’ on the right of the page under ‘Account Settings’. In here you can amend any personal details related to your account.

 

How can I view what Membership I hold?

Log-in to your account here – www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Once you have logged into your account, please click ‘Order History’ on the right of the page underneath ‘Tickets. This will show the details of any Memberships that you hold with the Club.

 

How can I update my password to access my online account?

Log-in to your account here – www.tickets.surreycricket.com. Once you are logged in to your online account, you can then click ‘Update Your Password’ on the right of the page and create a new password.
