Dom Sibley and Kira Chathli were awarded the two big awards of Surrey’s End of Seasons awards night.
Sibley finished the season with 1274 County Championship runs – the most in Division One, as well as 227 runs in the Vitality Blast.
Kira Chathli hit 588 runs across both T20 and 50 over cricket while keeping brilliantly. She hit the winning runs as Surrey won the 2025 Vitality Blast.
The evening celebrated the men’s and women’s teams and the incredible years that they have had. The women picked up the inaugural Vitality Blast trophy on home soil at the Kia Oval as well as making the final of the T20 County Cup and the semi-final of the Metro Bank One Day Cup.
The men had to settle for second in the table this year, pipped to the post by Nottinghamshire after a tight run-in. The Vitality Blast campaign was ended at the quarter-final stage after Ravi Bopara’s heroics for Northants won a rain-affected fixture. The Metro Bank One Day Cup saw several Surrey youngsters make their mark for the senior team.
