KEY INFORMATION

PURCHASING TICKETS FOR 2026 INTERNATIONALS

Surrey and England Members’ priority window to purchase their full allocation of tickets for 2026 internationals will take place from 10am on Tuesday 4 November, and close at 5pm on Sunday 9 November 2025.

This priority window allows Surrey and England Members to purchase their full allocation of guest tickets at an exclusive price before anyone else. In addition to any tickets purchased in your allocated Surrey and England seat, Members can purchase eight men’s Test Match tickets for Days 1-4 (maximum of four per day) and four men’s ODI tickets, outside of Members’ Areas.

2026 internationals include England Men’s Rothesay Test Match against New Zealand starting on Wednesday 17 June and England Men’s Metro Bank ODI against Sri Lanka on Sunday 27 September.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING YOUR ALLOCATION OF TICKETS

1. Log in to your online Surrey Ticketing Account here.

2. Once logged in, click ‘TICKETS‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

3. Select the day of cricket that you would like to purchase.

4. Using the seating map, select the area of the ground that you would like to sit in.

5. Click on the seats that you would like to purchase. Please note the maximum quantity of tickets that you are able to purchase is 8 for the Test (maximum 4 per day) and 4 for the Men’s ODI.

6. Click ‘ADD TO CART‘ at the bottom right of the page.

7. If you would like to purchase tickets for another day of international cricket, select ‘TICKETS‘ from the navigation bar, and repeat steps 4-7.

8. Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘BUY NOW‘ at the side of the page or at the bottom of the page.

9. Your Order Summary will appear. Please reassign all tickets that you have selected from Friends and Family to yourself or another Surrey and England Member. Instructions on how to add Members to your Friends and Family network can be seen below. Currently, you are unable to assign tickets to non-Surrey and England Members.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of other Surrey and England Members in your ‘Friends and Family’ network, you can book tickets on their behalf. Please ensure that the number of tickets assigned to each Surrey and England Member does not exceed the maximum quantity of tickets that each of you are permitted* otherwise you will not be able to complete the purchase. If you are unable to assign tickets to your friends or family via the dropdown menu, they may not have the same ticket allocation or eligibility at the time of purchase. 

*8 for the Test (maximum 4 per day) and 4 for the Men’s ODI

10. At the bottom of the Order Summary page, tick the box to agree with our Ticket Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT‘.

11. Select your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and enter your card details, then click ‘PAY NOW‘.

12. Your payment will be processed and a confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY NETWORK

Your ‘Friends and Family’ Network on your Surrey Ticketing Account is the Club’s way to ensure Members are able to purchase tickets on behalf of other Members.

Instructions as to how to add friends and family to your network are as follows:

1. Log in to your Surrey Ticketing Account here.
2. Click on your name on the top right of the page to access your Account Home Page.
3. On the right hand side of the page, click ‘FRIENDS AND FAMILY‘.
4. On the Friends and Family page, click ‘NEW‘ and enter the details of who you would like to add to your network. You will be required to input their Membership Number and Surname.
5. Click ‘SAVE‘, this person will now be added to your network so that you can secure tickets on behalf of them.

You will not be able to proceed with the payment for your tickets if you have exceeded your allocation and not assigned the tickets to someone in your Friends and Family Network who also has a Surrey and England Membership.

The easiest way for Surrey and England Members to purchase their tickets is online via their Surrey Ticketing Account.

How many tickets can I purchase in the general priority window?

Surrey and England Members can purchase up to eight Men’s Test Match and four Men’s ODI, in addition to their allocated seat purchased last week.

I would like to relocate my ticket from my Surrey and England seat?
