Eight players have included in the Men’s Academy, with 14 making up the Women’s group.
For the men, the intake is Nathan Farmer, Alex Dodson, Alfie Haxton, Marley Simpson, Roan Kennedy, Oliver Gibson, Fergus DeMestre and Oliver Mortlock.
Genevieve Jeer, Naomi Scott, Daisy Brandon, Ella Darlington, Georgia Moran, Daisy Feast, Ivreen Dhaliwal, Devishi Bhalotia, Rebecca Denman, Jemima Bowman, Kaya Clark, Isobel Sidhu, Hannah Burridge and Zeena Bilal complete the class of 2026.
The Surrey pathway is renowned for producing some of the best players who go on to represent both the County and England. Former Academy graduates include Ollie Pope, Sam Curran and Alice Capsey.
The programme provides the young players with a range of opportunities: high-end cricket coaching, state-of-the-art training facilities necessary for their development, and quality strength and conditioning work.
Sport psychology, sports science, and physiotherapy are also provided to support the players throughout their time at Surrey. Every player also receives a customised, extensive match programme for age groups to further push their progress.

“We believe that they all have a bright future ahead of them, and will do everything in our power to make sure they receive top-class technical coaching.”
