Looking ahead to Sunday, wicket-keeper Rhianna Southby said “It was great to get my first 50 for Surrey under my belt last weekend. Coming out of that game, both me and Amy [Gordon] were absolutely buzzing and we’re looking to take that form into Finals Day. We’re hoping that we can use those innings to continue to build the confidence of the team for the semi-final, get into the final and hopefully win it!”

“We have a few younger players in the changing room and this competition has been an important learning experience for them, for them to test their skills and step up to the environment of women’s county cricket. Charlotte Lambert is a real one to watch for Finals Day and beyond, she’s a really good bowler. She’s quick, she’s consistent and she’s so keen to keep learning.”

“On Sunday, myself and Amy are ready to go again and score some more runs. We play Sussex in the semi-final and they’re in a really good run of form but we beat them in the first game of the season so we know that can do it again.”
