Surrey Women’s London Championship fixture against Sussex and London Cup T20 against Middlesex have been rescheduled and will now take place in the coming weeks.
The ninth edition of the London Cup, which was set to be played at Lord’s on 14 July, had to be called off due to rain. Surrey will now get the opportunity to defend the title against their London rivals on Friday 8 September at Hornsey CC.
Surrey’s fourth and final fixture of this year’s London Championship against Sussex has been rescheduled to Wednesday 30 August. The defending champions will be travelling south to Brighton Aldridge Community Academy for this match. They currently sit third in the table, with 28 points, and would be looking to end their campaign on a high.
