The Ticket Ballot for 2023 international tickets at The Kia Oval has closed with over one million ticket requests.

There has been unprecedented demand for tickets via the Ticket Ballot for the 2023 fixtures. 119,000 individuals have requested over 1.1 million tickets in total.

Demand has been highest for the Men’s Ashes Test Match (27-31 July), where all five days could have sold out 10 times over. Nearly 13,000 entrants have requested tickets for the Women’s Ashes IT20 (Wednesday 5 July).

The demand for the ballot has significantly surpassed the figures in previous years; for the international summer of 2019, which included the last time the Men’s Ashes were held in England, there were around 33,000 entrants to the Ticket Ballot.

Entrants will be informed if they have been successful in the week commencing 19 December and will also receive information on how they can purchase tickets. Any remaining tickets will go on General Sale from Monday 17 January but it is not expected that there will be significant numbers of tickets available at this point.

Surrey Members in all categories are still able to buy tickets up until 5PM on Friday 16 December. Find out more about securing your tickets as a Member at The Kia Oval for the international season in 2023 here.

Tickets went on sale exclusively to Surrey Members last week and over 55,000 tickets have already been sold – the fastest ever start to an international summer at The Kia Oval.

All Surrey Members can secure tickets until Friday 16 December, after this point any remaining tickets will be randomly allocated to entrants into the Ticket Ballot.
