Will Jacks’ fine Bangladesh Premier League campaign has continued with three half-centuries in four matches, including one that took just 17 balls.

Our opener is appearing for the Chattogram Challengers in this year’s competition and already has 223 runs from just six innings; more than any other player in the tournament.

The first of the two fifties came against Sylhet Sunrisers on Saturday in an incredible 17 deliveries. 46 of his 52 runs came through boundaries, with seven fours and three sixes on the way. That contributed to a total of 202/5, that they defended with 16 runs to spare.

You can see the highlights from that innings below.

The 23-year-old Surrey Academy graduate backed that up with 69 from 42 balls in a defeat against Comilla Victorians on Monday as the rest of his side struggled to 131 all out chasing 184 to win.

On Thursday, Jacks was again the key man for his side as he amassed 57 from 37 balls against the likes of Moeen Ali and Sunil Narine in the Comilla Victorians side.

Jacks has so far bowled just one over in the competition.

His side currently have six points from six matches, with three wins and three losses so far. They’re next in action at 11:30am on Tuesday.
