All of Surrey County Cricket Club’s Members for our 175th year will be honoured on a board placed in the Members’ area of the new One Oval Square development.
Set to be completed in April 2021 for the start of the domestic season, One Oval Square will boost capacity of The Kia Oval and provide more world-class Members’ facilities and events spaces.
Now, all 13,020 Members in 2020 will have their names on bespoke boards engraved in alphabetical order and placed front and centre of the areas specifically built for their use.
Earlier this week we revealed the plans for the development once it is completed, with dining spaces, panoramic views and an improved Club shop all part of the area that was previously the Lock/Laker Stand – between the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion and the Peter May Stand.
Surrey County Cricket Club is proudly run by its Members, who elect their peers on to the General Committee each year. For more information on our history as a Members’ Club, please click here.
