Surrey County Cricket Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2024 is taking place on Tuesday 30th April in the 175 Suite at 6pm.

The meeting is open to all Members of the Club, and will also be streamed on Zoom for those Members who are unable to come in person.

The AGM will feature presentations from Chair Oli Slipper, Honorary Treasurer Martin Eadon, CEO Steve Elworthy, Director of Cricket Alec Stewart and Director of Women’s Cricket Emma Calvert. Questions from the floor will be permitted to those in attendance.

The Annual Report & Accounts have been posted to Members and contains the agenda for the AGM on page four, as well as guidance for attending. During the meeting, the result of the General Committee election will be announced. Voting for the election is currently open and Members can vote here before the voting closes on 22nd April.

Minutes of the previous AGM are accessible on the Club website, and full accounts are accessible upon request from the Club.

  • The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be streamed on Zoom to Members only.

  • To access the meeting, please follow the link that will be emailed to you approximately four days prior to the AGM.
  • If you join online and would like to submit a question, please enter your query into the ‘chat function’ along with your Membership number (which will allow us to verify that you are a Member).

Please note: Only those attending in person will count towards quorum and be able to vote.

DIRECTIONS

The 175 Suite is on the 1st floor of the Galadari Stand. Please arrive via the John Edrich Gate. There will be a reception desk for sign-in when you arrive.
