All Members of Surrey County Cricket Club can purchase tickets for international cricket at The Kia Oval in 2022 from 9am on Tuesday 2nd November.
The Members’ exclusive window will remain open until the 12th November before remaining tickets go on offer to 2021 ODI purchasers who missed out due to COVID restrictions and winners in the ongoing ballot.
Tickets can be purchased for all six days of international cricket at The Kia Oval in 2022; the Royal London One-Day International with India on the 12th July and the final LV= Insurance Test match of the summer with South Africa between the 8th and 12th September.
Please be aware that if you have not previously logged in to our new ticketing system (launched on 23rd August 2021), you will need to generate a new password to access your account. We would strongly recommend you do this before next Tuesday.

If you are not currently a 2022 Member, you can still purchase your Membership now to be eligible for this window. Otherwise, we would advise you to enter the ballot.
All ballot winners will be able to purchase tickets not bought by the 23rd November, with restrictions on the number per winner to be confirmed in the email.

Surrey County Adult Members can purchase 8 tickets (a maximum of 4 on any particular day) for the Test and 4 tickets for the ODI.

Surrey Championship Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a County 16-21 Membership?

How many tickets can I purchase with a Pride of Lions Membership?
Pride of Lions Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI. 1 of each pair of tickets must be a Junior U-16 ticket.
I can’t purchase two junior tickets with my Pride of Lions Membership.
A junior ticket must be accompanied by an adult ticket when purchasing. This is in compliance with our ground safety regulations.
I am not getting the promised Members’ price as advertised.
Surrey and England, County, Championship and T20 Members save a minimum of £5 per seat purchased during the Members’ priority on-sale period. After this date, prices will increase for these Membership categories. The price quoted on the ticketing site includes the discount.
I am trying to buy my seat in the Pavilion, but it has already been purchased.
The deadline for Surrey and England Members to secure their seat ends on October 29th 2021. After this date, all seats became available for other Members to purchase. If your seat is no longer available, it is likely that it has been purchased by another Member.
I have purchased tickets but haven’t received a confirmation email.
Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive during busy periods. You can view your purchased tickets via your online account.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child who is under the age of 2?
Children under the age of two do not need a ticket for entry as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children over the age of two, but under 16, will need a junior ticket.

When can I expect to receive my tickets?
Tickets will be distributed within a minimum of 28 days prior to the fixture.

Can I purchase tickets via phone?
A team of staff members are processing ticket payments via the phone on 0203 946 0100. However, we advise purchasing online if possible for the easiest experience.
Can I make a group booking?
You can only purchase your allocation of tickets. Additional tickets may become available during the general sale which will be in early December. Further details will be advertised on our website, though availability depends on the number of tickets secured by Members.
What is the transaction fee?
There is no booking fee when using a Debit or Credit Card.
I am using an American Express Card but my payment is not processing.
Please note that we do not accept American Express cards. Please use another card for purchasing your ticket.
What is the company name that will appear on my bank statement?
‘SCCC Tickets’ will appear on your bank statement.
The system is saying I am a different Membership category to what I am.
